Blinoff pancakes are located in the city center, near the Latgale liberation monument “United Latvia”. There you can taste the most delicious pancakes in the city of Rēzekne – sweet or salty. You can enjoy delicious coffee and tea, cold drinks. Snacks are also offered – French fries, chicken nuggets and potato pancakes. Each client has their own approach. There is an area with tables near the trailer where customers can relax, eat and spend time with friends and family.
