At the foot of Rēzekne Hillfort stands the sculpture of Princess Rose, brought to life in clay by local ceramic artists. The sculpture presents a mysterious image of Rose, serving as a symbol that embodies both the legend of the Princess of Rēzekne Hillfort and the strength of Latgale’s ceramic traditions.

The sculptural form was created by ceramic artist Anatolijs Vituškins, who shaped an allegorical female figure holding a rose blossom in her hands. The figure is placed on a pedestal adorned with decorative patterns, as well as the oldest recorded name of Rēzekne — Rositten. The technical preparation and firing of the sculpture were carried out by ceramic artist Mihails Sabanskis.

The sculpture of Princess Rose was unveiled to the public in 2016 during the Rēzekne City Festival.
