“Rēzeknes gaļas kombināts” is one of the largest local meat processing companies, producing its products according to preserved traditions and recipes.
“Rēzeknes Gaļas Kombināts” was founded in 2001. Currently, based on production volume, it holds a leading position in Latvia.
In its early years, the plant employed 25 workers and produced about 20 types of products. Today, the plant and its affiliated companies employ more than 700 people and produce over 300 different products.
In the shop, you will find a wide range of the company’s products – including Rēzekne salami, Rāzna cervelat, Latgale sausage, and elk meat grilling sausages.
Also available are delicious items from the local “Old Bakery” – “Ķieģelītis” bread and a childhood classic: braided loaf with raisins.
