The festival park is located between the Embassy of Latgale GORS and Culture Hall at the bank of the Rezekne river. The park is the central place for celebrating city events, the beginning of the walking promenade that stretches up to the Olympic Centre for 3 kilometres along the bank of the Rezekne river.  A great place of recreation for families with children. Behind the bridge, at the concert hall, visitors can enjoy a colourful fountain game during the season.
