On 12 August 2026, Rēzekne will become the place where youth energy, ideas, and future opportunities come together at the Youth Opportunities Festival “KOPUMS”.

On this summer day, a unique atmosphere will fill the heart of the city as young people from all over Latvia gather to get inspired, create, connect, and experience something new. “KOPUMS” is more than just a festival – it is a place where new ideas, collaborations, and opportunities begin.

The programme announced so far:

➤ 1:00 PM | Olympic Centre “Rēzekne”
Opening Ceremony of the “KOPUMS” Festival – join us as we officially open the festival together.

➤ 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Olympic Centre “Rēzekne”
Organisation Expo Area – more than 60 organisations from across Latvia will showcase opportunities available for young people. Take part in interactive activities, competitions, creative workshops, and discover new opportunities while making valuable connections.

➤ 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM | ARPC “Zeimuļs”
Break Dance Competition “Freestyle Summer 2026” – experience spectacular performances, an energetic atmosphere, and Latvia’s best break dancers competing for the championship title.

➤ Guided Tours of ARPC “Zeimuļs”
Discover the place where creativity thrives beneath a green roof!

• 4:00 PM

Places are limited to 20 participants per tour, so advance registration is recommended.
