The new film from the creators of The Foundation of Criminal Excellence. A young criminal police investigator, Romāns Skulte, begins working at a police station in Riga in the mid-1990s. Full of enthusiasm, Skulte soon realizes that idealism alone won’t get him far, and to fight against the criminal world, he’ll have to bend a few rules and principles.
The film is in Latvian and Russian with Latvian subtitles.
