Opera star Marina Rebeka will perform several solo concerts in Latvia!

Marina Rebeka, the most successful soprano in Latvia’s history, has conquered the stages every opera diva dreams of. She was entrusted to perform Médée on the stage of La Scala — a role once famously sung by Maria Callas. She also starred in the cult opera Norma in Milan after a 48-year hiatus, making history as a Latvian singer.

She has been applauded by the most discerning audiences at the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall in New York, Covent Garden in London, the opera houses of Paris and Vienna, Berlin State Opera, the Royal Opera in Madrid, and the Salzburg Festival. In Latvia, she has been awarded the Three Stars Order, in France the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, and in 2025 she received the Opera News Readers’ Award at the International Opera Awards. Among her many accolades, the title of Artist of the Year 2020 from the International Classical Music Awards stands out.
