Concert participants: Wind Orchestra “Rēzekne”. Artistic Director and Conductor – Aleksandrs Maslovs. The concert program will feature music by Imants Kalniņš, Gunārs Ordelovskis, Raimonds Pauls, Juris Ābols, and other composers. The ceremony will also include the honoring of the Honorary Citizen of Rēzekne.
