➤ Borowa MC is a music group from the Latgale region, founded in 2004. Its name is derived from Borowa, the historical name of the town of Malta. The band is known for performing songs in the Latgalian variety of the Latvian language, blending elements of rap, rock, and folk music. The group consists of Aigars Runčis, Guntra Kuzmina-Jukna, and Ingars Gusāns.
