We invite you to discover the story of KUUP Coffee – a coffee roastery now located in the heart of Rēzekne, where an exceptional coffee experience is created with love and care. When you enter the roastery premises, you will not only inhale the aromatic smell of freshly roasted coffee, but also learn the story of how KUUP Coffee Roastery has become a place where dreams of a full and high-quality coffee experience have become a reality.

If you want to learn and experience something new, then you should definitely take part in the Kuup coffee roastery master class. It is an exciting and educational experience for anyone who wants to understand the journey of coffee from bean to cup. In the master class, you will be able to learn how each step – from growing and processing to roasting and brewing – affects the taste and quality of coffee. By taking part in the master class, you will not only gain new knowledge, but also the opportunity to enjoy KUUP coffee from different regions and practically experience the coffee roasting process.

What will you experience in the master class?

  • You will learn the story of Latgale coffee – how coffee beans travel from coffee-growing countries to Latgale, which is a “specialty” coffee;
  • You will learn about the roasting process and its effect on taste;
  • You will taste KUUP coffees from two different regions, comparing their flavor nuances;
  • You will see the roasting process right here at the “Kuup” roastery;
  • ⁠You will learn practical tips and little tricks on how to achieve excellent taste at home – how to choose the grind size for each method, how important the water temperature and quality are.

Professionally led master class for groups of 5 to 40 people. Coffee tasting with various roasting examples;

Next to the coffee roastery KUUP is Kabata – a design shop and creative space at the same time.
